It was to be a monumental task for the Herts All Stars, in only their second year in existence. We are officially into the 2009 postseason of British Baseball’s youth leagues. The Wild Card round of the Playoffs will take place on Saturday, 15 August. It will be held at Grovehill Ballpark in Hemel Hempstead.   more »

The Herts Yankees came back from the dead to become Herts Baseball Little League Champions for a second year in a row. Trailing 4-0 going into the sixth inning they pulled off an amazing come back to beat the Blue Jays 6-4.   more »

In a day of incredible come backs, the Cubs almost pulled off a classic come-from-behind win of their own. Their brave effort came just short as they went down 6-5 to the Red Sox in the Bronze Medal Game.   more »
